Working in R&D at IIMAK involves opportunities to work on new product development, financial and marketing aspects of the business, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance. Additionally, having R&D located in the same facility as much of manufacturing allows me to watch our products grow from a simple seed of an idea to a full-fledged product that customers buy every day. I now lead a team that designs a variety of inks and coatings for a wide array of industries that are used all around the world each and every day."
