PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Cut and notch cores to meet slitting / shipping requirements.
  • Operation of core cutting machine, to include set-up, operation, changeover, routine maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Maintain proper documentation.
  • Daily tool inspection and accountability.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a team environment.  Interact on a regular basis with Slitting Operators, Planning, ASC and Supervision.
  • Use software including AX dynamics, RF smart, Windows, Slitting Dispatch and Lot Tracker.
  • Perform slitting and packing job duties as needed including daily lunch/break relief on auto slitting equipment.

 

QUALIFIED CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:

  • One year machine operation experience required (core cutting experience a plus).
  • Previous slitting experience preferred
  • Above average mechanical aptitude with experience in the proper use of hand tools.
  • Ability to read blueprints / core specifications.
  • Ability to read and understand slitting dispatch and core dispatch.
  • Ability to measure and hold tight tolerances.
  • Forklift and electric pallet-jack experience a plus.
  • Solid computer skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Positive interpersonal skills to effectively interface with various departmental personnel including document control, QA, planning, slitting, coating, packaging and the warehouse.
  • Good organizational skills, including ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Position Summary:

Principal Responsibilities:
ߦ Develop new customers and business opportunities, as well as account management for existing customers, to ensure IIMAK achieves/exceeds its business goals.
ߦ Perform market research to identify potential new products, services and sales channels 
ߦ Structured mapping of sales channels. Development and energetic exploitation of prospect lists with focus on new business.
ߦ Support business cases once an innovation has been identified as needed for the organization.  .

Qualified Candidates Should Possess:

Position Summary:

The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing on-site support for continuous inkjet (CIJ) and large character printers, plus training support to: Customers, Independent Service Technicians (IST’s) and Distributors. This position will be based in Odessa, FL and requires substantial travel (primarily regional). Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to; providing phone support to customers and IST’s, pre-site evaluations, servicing and installing printers, training operators and maintenance personnel; non-routine projects/tasks. The Field Service Technician must be a self-starter, motivated and highly organized.

  • Direct on-site field service support; maintenance, training, repairs 60%
  • Support in-house efforts for testing a preparing new printers for install 20%
  • Provide phone support to customers & IST’s 20%

Qualified Candidates Should Possess:

  • Technical AAS or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in field service support, ideally with CIJ (Continuous Inkjet); proficient to start servicing customers immediately.
  • Above average communication skills; professional interaction with customers, IST’s, sales partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple directives, tasks and priorities.
  • Self-starter with high energy, enthusiastic personality who can work independently.

Position Summary:     
Responsible for growing and managing an assigned territory of approximately 400 distributor accounts. Also responsible for accepting & managing inbound phone calls and website inquiries for potential distributors within assigned geographic region. Accounts and prospects have an approximate annual potential of less than $250K and the territory is valued at approximately $1M – $3.0M.

Responsibilities Include: 
ߦ    Manage and grow sales of printing, imaging and marking consumables for assigned accounts within geographic territory. Additional “named” accounts may be included in territory. 
ߦ    Effectively utilize available selling tools, marketing support to penetrate accounts while maintaining accurate contact database, market share data and account notes.
ߦ    Accurately segment accounts by market share or potential within territory into A, B and C tracks which defines the schedule for outbound calling and marketing activities.  
ߦ    Maintain an outbound call metric of 50 calls per week.
ߦ    Develop customized PowerPoints for trainings or business reviews, conduct trainings via phone/conference call, webinar or in person for distributor sales representatives. 
ߦ    Provide pricing, sales collateral, product literature, samples and complaint resolution as needed.
ߦ    Accountable for managing business aspect of territory related to price, margin, product mix and expenses.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
This role will provide technical support and direct supervision to manufacturing operations to meet business needs and achieve a competitive manufacturing environment. Main responsibilities will be providing daily technical support to operations, employee management, and developing, maintaining, and improving processes for new and existing manufacturing procedures, including process control initiatives.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary responsibility is for the Safety, Quality, and Productivity of the Processing and Converting departments.
  • Support/lead process improvement / Continuous Improvement initiatives in order to improve production efficiency and quality.
  • Identify opportunities and lead initiatives for process improvements, participate on capital projects teams and research and analysis of new and existing systems, procedures, etc.
  • Provide daily technical support to the assigned manufacturing area.
  • Responsible for the proper training of employees for maximum efficiency and outstanding quality.
  • Maintains and enforces Company and Safety Policies.
  • Trains, develops, and evaluates employees.
  • Meet budgeted expense targets and performance goals.
  • Coordination of staffing for on-shift assigned departments.
  • Continuously interacts with support departments on Production related issues.
  • Sets high standards for plant housekeeping and enforces compliance.
  • Verifies employee timesheets for accuracy.
  • Provide support/coverage to other Production Supervision including off-shift coverage as needed.
  • Candidates must be able to work any of our 24 x 7 shift schedules including overnights: B-Shift (7pm-7am Sun, Mon, Tues and every other Saturday); D-Shift (7pm-7am Wed, Thu, Fri and every other Saturday).

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES SHOULD POSSESS:
(qualified candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the job)

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering or related technical discipline, coupled with 2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing role.
  • Prefer 2+ years of experience in supervision or relevant leadership role.
  • Work schedule flexibility to optimize cross shift communication and interaction with all peers and direct reports.
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite (Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Above average communication skills. Keeping Management well informed as events occur.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and mentoring skills.
  • Must exhibit initiative, decisiveness, and self-motivation with the ability to assume responsibility.
  • Excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects and priorities.
  • Requires a high degree of ownership, personal commitment, and demonstrates a strong sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and participate in teams.
  • Formal training in Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma.
  • Working knowledge of problem solving techniques, including root cause problem identification.
  • Ability to interact in a professional manner with all levels of the organization
