Principle Responsibilities:

  • This position is an opportunity to demonstrate manufacturing aptitude and positive behavioral attributes in a production capacity, with the intention of developing skills for potential career growth into higher level manufacturing jobs within the organization.
  • Continuous safe and efficient operation of one designated slitting machine model and/or specific product family, to include set-up, operation, change over, troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
  • Continuous safe and efficient packing, shrink wrapping and spooling responsibilities.
  • Perform daily audits and accountable for quality.
  • Maintain accurate and legible documentation.
  • Daily equipment/tool inspection and accountability.
  • Monitor equipment status and communicate issues to Lead and Supervisor in timely manner.
  • Communicate equipment, product quality and job status to oncoming shift.
  • Other converting tasks as directed, such as Auto Relief Operator for breaks and lunch.

 

Qualified Candidate Should Possess:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
  • Previous operation of slitting and/or spooling equipment a plus.
  • Ability to learn to safely and efficiently operate mechanical equipment.

Position Summary:

Position Summary:

The Data Analyst responsibilities include initiating and supporting Iimak’s products through document formation, revision history, and data management. This position provides expertise in the maintenance and establishment of customer specifications, customer approvals for various product and process changes, compliance label and product label format control, product specifications, production timesheet reporting and other general documentation. This position requires interaction with Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Purchasing, Planning and Operations departments to coordinate Document Control activities.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and maintain all aspects of SKU additions within MRP (Microsoft AX) system.
  • Create new SKU items including BOMs, Routings and warehouse and planning parameters.
  • Generate and manage records in Product database, extended description table, OFS program.
  • For OEM Customer SKUS, originate and update configurations, specifications, label design, approvals and template drawings as required. Coordinate with marketing staff and sales representatives.
  • Accept, process and manage ECR/EDR requests to update specifications. Interact with all organization levels, from floor operations to supervision to ensure integrity and accuracy.
  • Coordinate additions to SDS (Safety Data Sheets) for raw materials. Interact with Operations to distribute for plant notification. Update SDS Index and publish to web via SDS SharePoint site.
  • Participate in actions to remain compliant in Global Harmonization System classifications and labeling.
  • Update manufacturers Technical data sheets on Material (Product) Specifications SharePoint site.
  • Enter all QMS Procedures and Control plans in ISO format into Web portal, assign document numbers and maintain originals. Oversee SharePoint site.
  • Enter and Edit Production reporting on Payroll Time distribution and Shop order quantities.
  • Interact with Operation supervision and Payroll relating to Production database reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing or Engineering required.

  • Effective communication skills to work together with various departments and levels in the organization.

Position Summary:  The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing on-site support for continuous inkjet (CIJ) and large character printers, plus training support to: Customers, Independent Service Technicians (IST’s) and Distributors. This position will be based in Odessa, FL and requires substantial travel (primarily regional). Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to; providing phone support to customers and IST’s, pre-site evaluations, servicing and installing printers, training operators and maintenance personnel; non-routine projects/tasks. The Field Service Technician must be a self-starter, motivated and highly organized.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Direct on-site field service support; maintenance, training, repairs
  • Support in-house efforts for testing a preparing new printers for install
  • Provide phone support to customers & IST’s

Qualified Candidates Should Possess:

  • Technical AAS or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in field service support, ideally with CIJ (Continuous Inkjet); proficient to start servicing customers immediately.
  • Above average communication skills; professional interaction with customers, IST’s, sales partners.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Operate and maintain solvent distillation system.
  • Operate and maintain production equipment cleaning system.
  • Clean and evaluate parts and drums; plan parts/drum-washing schedule accordingly.
  • Record solvent usage.
  • Maintain the parts/drum staging areas while in communication with support groups
  • Perform and understand the internal and external procedures.
  • Execute plan for the handling, labeling and care for the plant-wide flow of Hazardous Waste.
  • Responsible for the majority of kitting activities (pre-weigh ingredients into kits for the creation of solvent-based ink batches) to include the maintenance and upkeep of the storage room.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot all equipment.
  • Demonstrate excellent housekeeping skills.

 

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES SHOULD POSSESS:

  • Previous experience in bulk mixing/blending and weighing operation
  • Previous experience in chemical mixing operation preferred (Ink and/or Solvent Handling)
  • 2 years manufacturing with batch processing experience.

  • Knowledge of solvent/dry chemicals and chemical compliance labeling a plus.

Position Summary: Responsible for growing and managing an assigned territory of approximately 400 distributor accounts. Also responsible for accepting & managing inbound phone calls and website inquiries for potential distributors within assigned geographic region. Accounts and prospects have an approximate annual potential of less than $250K and the territory is valued at approximately $1M – $3.0M.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and grow sales of printing, imaging and marking consumables for assigned accounts within geographic territory. Additional “named” accounts may be included in territory.
  • Effectively utilize available selling tools, marketing support to penetrate accounts while maintaining accurate contact database, market share data and account notes.
  • Accurately segment accounts by market share or potential within territory into A, B and C tracks which defines the schedule for outbound calling and marketing activities.
  • Maintain an outbound call metric of 50 calls per week.
  • Develop customized PowerPoints for trainings or business reviews, conduct trainings via phone/conference call, webinar or in person for distributor sales representatives.
  • Provide pricing, sales collateral, product literature, samples and complaint resolution as needed.
  • Accountable for managing business aspect of territory related to price, margin, product mix and expenses.
  • Analyze territory and account data, then develop and implement strategic and/or tactical account plans to maximize revenue and margin performance.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Position Summary:

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide assistance to the Purchasing, Engineering and Maintenance groups on the procurement of facility and manufacturing equipment parts.
  • Involvement in the planning process for prescheduled maintenance events (PM’s, rebuilds, etc) to ensure that the appropriate parts are available prior to the start of the event.   
  • Understand and track all related parts that are used in the facility for manufacturing equipment and keep inventories at an acceptable level and using an organized system in the shop areas. 
  • Research best cost alternatives on OEM and other specialized parts, or as requested and then review results with requisitioner and then promptly send parts out for repair.
  • Capable of redesigning or updating drawings through Auto CAD to provide internal support groups or vendors with correct information.
  • Assist maintenance personnel as directed by manager.
  • Working schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm (flexibility required)

  • Participate in actions to remain compliant in Global Harmonization System classifications and labeling.
  • Update manufacturers Technical data sheets on Material (Product) Specifications SharePoint site.
  • Enter all QMS Procedures and Control plans in ISO format into Web portal, assign document numbers and maintain originals. Oversee SharePoint site.
  • Enter and Edit Production reporting on Payroll Time distribution and Shop order quantities.
  • Interact with Operation supervision and Payroll relating to Production database reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing or Engineering required.
  • Demonstrate a professional demeanor; responsibility to control proprietary documents and specifications.
  • Ability to handle pressure situations, rearrange schedule to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills to work together with various departments and levels in the organization.
  • Must be flexible, adaptable and able to be self-directed or part of a team.
  • Excellent PC skills including working knowledge of Microsoft products, including SharePoint and Access.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel tools such as Queries, Filtering, and Pivot tables.
  • Fluency in CAD with the skills to create and update engineering drawings. Experience with CorelDRAW, AutoCAD or similar graphic design software.
  • Skill in developing Item specifications, BOMs and Routings and related parameters is required.
  • Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX, in particular) is a plus.
  • Certification as an auditor in ISO9000 is a plus.

Position Summary: Directly supervises the day-to-day operations and executes talent management programs to attract, train and develop top inside sales professionals and to ensure optimum level of workforce engagement. Coaches team on negotiation techniques; from gathering information from multiple resources through demonstrating control and understanding of customer needs to achieve “win-win” outcomes. Responsible for growing and managing an assigned territory in parallel with managing the inside sales team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for the management and performance of the inside sales team. Assist with oversight of order processing, pricing, coaching sessions, training, recruiting, problem resolution, etc.
  • Instill a culture of “hunting” with a desire for prospecting, cold calling, opportunity development and closure. Account acquisition is a key priority.
  • Manage and grow sales of printing, imaging and marking consumables for assigned accounts within geographic territory. Effectively utilize available selling tools, marketing support to penetrate accounts.
  • Accountability for the inside sales workforce planning and staffing.
  • Set and deploy metrics to assess, develop, and promote people. Execute training and on-boarding of new/transferred employees as well as workforce engagement, recognition, development, and coaching.
  • Establishes development goals aligned with business and sales management strategy.
  • Sets and executes inside sales objectives, goals with direct responsibility for monitoring established targets. Responsible for monitoring and execution of plan activities to ensure sales targets and goals are achieved.
  • Develops and monitor medium/short-term sales forecasting and measurement processes that incorporate complex market variations to support the overall organization’s strategy and goals.
  • Leads and oversees the tactical deployment and execution of sales targets and performance program(s). Consolidates and monitors aggregated team performance and addresses performance gaps.
  • Execute on all administrative sales duties associated with assigned accounts in order to meet/exceed service level expectations of base customers. Including but not limited to account related orders, account set up, servicing, call management, internal & external customer inquiry management.
  • Travel to accounts as needed - Manage any travel expenses related to assigned account

  • 5+ years of inside sales experience with a proven track record of successful performance
  • 2+ years of management experience preferred

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and use of good judgment in making sound business decisions and recommendations
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and employees simultaneously
