July 9, 2008 – International Imaging Materials, Inc, a global manufacturer of thermal transfer ribbon products, has appointed Joseph G. Perna to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Treasurer.

Mr. Perna joined the company in 2000 previously holding the positions of Tax Manager and Controller.  Prior to joining IIMAK, Mr. Perna had been employed in public accounting for a number of years.  He holds an MBA from Canisius College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
