Amherst , NY - March 16, 2007 – International Imaging Materials, Inc., a thermal transfer ribbon manufacturer, promoted Vincent C. Dowell to President. Mr. Dowell most recently served as Chief Operations Officer and has been employed by IIMAK since 1992.

Douglas C. Wagner has re-joined IIMAK as Sr. Vice President of North America Sales and Marketing. Mr. Wagner most recently was employed by Avery Dennison Corporation's Retail Information Services Division as Vice President, Sales & Marketing –Europe, Middle East & Africa and based in London . Mr. Wagner had previously been employed by IIMAK, 1996-1998.
