Introducing ResinJet™ Breakthrough Aqueous Ink Technology

AMHERST (N.Y.) January 17, 2019 - IIMAK, global developer and manufacturer of value-added consumable solutions for the graphics industry, announces the worldwide launch of ResinJet™ Series replacement inks, the industry’s first high-quality, compatible alternative for use in Hewlett-Packard latex printers.

Demand for outdoor durable, VOC-free inkjet inks used by sign shops and print providers has grown dramatically, giving rise to the need for a reliable, economical aftermarket alternative. IIMAK invested 18 months to develop the industry’s first aqueous replacement ink capable of producing robust, vibrant signs and graphics without compromising quality, durability or throughput. ResinJet’s chemistry is so revolutionary that a patent is pending.

“Our R&D team’s ingenious approach to the ResinJet’s chemistry enabled us to achieve a true “plug and play” water-based digital ink,” says James Andreottola, IIMAK Channel Manager, Wide Format Inks. “Our solution withstands the rigors of both outdoor and indoor graphics. This ink series significantly reduces cost per print and delivers vibrant images resistant to fading, scratching, cleaning, and moisture.”

ResinJet’s groundbreaking chemistry is fully qualified and tested, proving its high compatibility with the OEM. Changeover is easy as no flushing and no new color profiles are required. ResinJet is virtually odorless and offers excellent adhesion on a variety of media, including cast and calendared vinyl, wall coverings and banner materials. The ink-set includes 6 colors available in bulk or remanufactured cartridges. ResinJet comes with a two-year shelf life and a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
